Tis the season to be jolly, and evidently to crank out those crappy "themed" movies. While we all like a bit of irony with our mistletoe & mulled wine, it looks like the new Tim Allen comedy (if that is not a contradiction in itself) has misfired with critics. The New York Daily News, with uncharacteristic literary flair, dismisses "Christmas with the Kranks" as "malodorous" fare akin to a "smelly gym sock". I think that means they, like, didn't enjoy the movie.
As the world settles in for four more years of Bush comes the SHOCKING news that some of the celebrities who took part in the "Vote or Die" campaign did not cast a vote themselves. Which means that Paris Hilton only did it for...the publicity? Surely not! By the way, do you think Puffy meant that slogan literally? Does Paris need to hire more bodyguards?
